Saif Ali Khan: Saif Ali Khan remains a part of the headlines these days. There was a fatal attack on Saif recently. The thief had attacked Saif with a knife. After the surgery, Saif’s health has now improved and the doctor has discharged him. Saif has now returned to his home and is resting. However, this is not the first time that Saif has come out of the jaws of death. This had happened to him 24 years ago also. During that time Saif had to get 100 stitches.
24 years ago in the year 2000, Saif Ali Khan had a terrible accident. His accident happened during the shooting of the film Kya Kehna. It was so dangerous that he had to get more than 100 stitches. This accident happened when Saif was doing stunts on a motorcycle. Saif was practicing this stunt daily. But impressing Preeti was too much for Saif.
Wanted to impress Preity Zinta
What can we say, Saif used to practice these motorcycle stunts daily in Mumbai. The perfect shot was also achieved but to impress co-star Preity Zinta, Saif did the stunt once more and fell badly. Saif had revealed this in Koffee with Karan 1. He had said- ‘I used to practice motorcycle jump on Juhu beach every day. We went to Khandala to shoot this sequence and it was raining there. This was not a ground like Juhu.
Saif further said- ‘I thought, I will impress Preeti. It was okay the first time but the second time I wanted to do it with more enthusiasm. The bike skidded before reaching the ramp and I was thrown into the air. Fell rolling 30 times in the field. There was a stone in the middle and I rolled 30 times and collided with it. I felt something wet and it was blood.
Saif said- ‘We immediately went to the hospital and when I got stitches, I looked like Frankenstein. Preet said- We will call the plastic surgeon and everything will be fine. That was the most dangerous accident of my life.
