Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Adil al -Jabir arrives in Islamabad

Islamabad:

Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Adil al -Jabir has arrived in Islamabad on an official visit to Pakistan and met Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.

According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar welcomed Saudi Arabia’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs in the Foreign Ministry Islamabad.

The statement said that the two leaders reaffirmed bilateral relations, the commitment to further improve the sustainable brotherly relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and also discussed regional progress.

On this occasion, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar praised Saudi Arabia’s constructive diplomatic efforts for peace and stability in the region.

Later, the Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs has arrived in the Prime Minister’s House to meet with the Prime Minister, and the two leaders discussed tensions in the region, including bilateral relations.

Earlier in Islamabad, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adil al -Jabir was welcomed by Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan and senior Foreign Ministry officials.

Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister met with Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar in the Foreign Office and during the meeting, Pak-India tensions were discussed in detail.

The Saudi Foreign Minister will meet with the Pakistani leadership and in the meantime Pak-India tensions will be discussed.

Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adil al -Jabiris was on a visit to India before and arrived in Islamabad from New Delhi.
