Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) leader Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haidari warned of the next course of action after the December 8 deadline passed by the federal government for approval of the Religious Madrasas Bill.
JUI General Secretary Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haidari has warned that if the bill related to religious madrasas is not approved by December 8, they will move to Islamabad.
Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haidari said that it is understood that the country cannot afford such a thing at this time, but we are religious people and do not want to march towards Islamabad.
Senator Abdul Ghafoor Haidari said that this does not belong to Jamiat-e-Islam and Federation of Madrasas, but to all Madrasas organizations.
It should be noted that after the approval of the Assembly, the bill related to religious madrasas was sent to President Asif Zardari for approval, but he sent the bill back.
On which JUI chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman is also angry with President Asif Ali Zardari.
Bilawal Bhutto had also met Maulana Fazlur Rehman on this matter but still the matter seems to be sour.
Earlier JUI leader Hamdullah has also said that President Asif Zardari has played the drum by not signing the bill related to the registration of religious schools.
Several leaders of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) have demanded that after 10 days of non-signing of the bill by President Asif Zardari, this bill has automatically become a law and now the government should issue its gazette notification.
