Mumbai: Singer Abhijit Bhattacharya, who has given superhit songs in many romantic films of Bollywood, has described Shahrukh Khan as an arrogant and self-respecting person.
Renowned Indian singer Abhijeet has sung famous songs for many movies of Shah Rukh Khan, due to which he also gained fame.
The singer sang several songs for Shah Rukh Khan in the 90s and then the relationship between Gang Khan and Abhijeet became strained. The singer used to keep silent on this matter, but now he has spoken openly about it.
According to Abhijit, he decided not to work with Shah Rukh Khan when he realized that after becoming a big star, he was no longer a good person and became arrogant.
He said that firstly, I was not given credit and secondly, the most important thing is when your self-esteem is hurt, then you have to decide that enough is enough.
Abhijeet said that I was not singing for Shah Rukh Khan but for my work, then I realized that Shah Rukh acknowledges everyone except me but behaves like a tea vendor on the set with me. decided not to work with Shahrukh any more.
The singer said that not only I but other actors and singers had complaints about Shahrukh’s behavior and he told me personally that This is going very wrong to which I said you should also stop working with Shah Rukh Khan and then see what happens next.
Abhijit claimed that ‘this matter happened not just once but in two films, on which I spoke to Farah Khan and said that if you don’t give us credit, we can’t sing the song. It was clear that I will not work for you until you accept it’.
He said that despite this, I have no grudge against Shah Rukh, but my relationship with him has broken, now Shah Rukh Khan has become such a big star that he is no longer human or maybe he has no idea of his position, so why should I Hope for the best.
Abhijeet said that I am what I was yesterday and I am working in my own way, I don’t need to apologize to Shah Rukh Khan because I am 6 years older than him and we both have ego.
