Shashi Tharoor’s Congress president ballot manifesto carries distorted India map


An preliminary model of Congress MP Shashi Tharoor’s manifesto for the upcoming elections for social gathering president confirmed a distorted map of India, with components of Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh omitted from it.
