Shooting at Karachi’s Civic Centre leaves two useless, one injured

KARACHI: Two folks died and one is injured after a capturing incident on Tuesday at a Karachi Development Authority (KDA) workplace in Civic Centre, police stated.

As information of the incident broke, KDA officers put the toll at three injured; two had been later reported to have succumbed to their wounds.

The deceased, each employed by the authority, had been recognized as Assistant Director Wasim Raza and Assistant Director Wasim Usmani. The wounded was stated to be Superintendent Abdul Hafeez.

According to a preliminary investigation by the police, the incident happened in Usmani’s workplace.

“There were six people in the room before the incident,” Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Sajid Saduzai stated.
