Sindh High Court has sent cases of forced missing persons to the Missing Persons Commission.
The High Court heard petitions regarding the recovery of the missing persons, including a 23 -year -old girl. Significant progress was made in the cases of Missing Persons. The court sent the cases of forced missing persons to the Commission of Missing Persons. The court sent the missing Naveed Iqbal from the police station Surjani Town to Naveed Iqbal from 2016, the missing petition of Noor Zaman from the boundary of the police station B.
The court rejected the request for the disappearance of 23 -year -old Anshara Batol from North Nazimabad. The court remarked that the case does not appear on the list of Missing Persons. Those cases fall into the category of Missing Persons, which the agencies were allegedly missing. The petitioner’s lawyer argued that the girl’s disappearance case has been registered. But no action is being taken by the investigating officer.
Earlier, the Regular Bench had sent the case to the constitutional bench. The constitutional bench has again sent the case to the regular bench. The court directed that if you objected to the investigation, approach the relevant magistrate.
Investigating officers submitted the report to the court. The report said that the missing Mohammad Naveed Khan from the boundary of Saudabad and Ahmed Shamim from the police station of Awami Colony has also returned home safely. The court dismissed the petitions on the return of the missing citizens.
