KARACHI: The Sindh schooling division has sacked eight ghost lecturers within the province, ARY News reported on Monday.
According to the secretary schooling division, Akbar Leghari, eight lecturers, residing overseas, had been sacked from their providers. The lecturers who had been sacked from their providers had been receiving salaries for the final 2 years.
The secretary additional mentioned Taluka schooling officers throughout the province are highlighting the ghost lecturers.
The secretary warned of strict motion towards the ghost lecturers.

Earlier, the Sindh schooling division stopped the disbursement of salaries of over 2,000 ghost lecturers throughout the province.
As per particulars, the Sindh schooling division wrote a letter to the provincial accountant normal to cease the salaries of two,019 ghost lecturers.Ā
Following the letter of the schooling division, the AG Sindh has seized disbursement to salaries to the ghost lecturers.
Sindh schooling secretary Akbar Laghari mentioned they’ll sack the providers of the lecturers who’re receiving their salaries by sitting at home.
