Slogans towards heads of establishments towards nationwide curiosity: Shehbaz

Leader of Opposition in National Assembly and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday mentioned that elevating slogans towards heads of state establishments at public gatherings was towards nationwide curiosity.

Speaking to the media in Lahore, he mentioned that whoever chanted slogans throughout the Faisalabad rally had nothing to do along with his get together.

The PML-N president mentioned that inflation was the largest drawback of Pakistan, towards which the opposition had mobilised, including that inflation had made life troublesome for the folks throughout Pakistan whereas unemployment too was on the rise.

“These people used to say that if there is inflation in the country then the prime minister is corrupt. Today, people are starving due to high inflation with the prime minister taking a u-turn on every issue,” he added.

Shehbaz mentioned that individuals have been fed up with the PTI-led authorities and the time for it to “go home” had come. “We will not tolerate it anymore… our movement has started and we will expose the government now.”

The opposition chief mentioned that solely the parliament assured the rule of regulation. However, he added, the federal government was operating affairs by way of presidential ordinances.

Shehbaz, in an announcement issued earlier, had mentioned that each minute of this authorities was costing Pakistan billions of {dollars}. “Raising food prices further after announcing to control inflation… is this what you had promised,” he questioned.

“This government is deceiving and lying to both people and IMF.”

Earlier, in his speech throughout a National Assembly session, Shehbaz mentioned that worth hike was hitting the lots like drone strikes, including that everybody would say that it was the worst authorities in 74 years.

“People are starving. Flour and pulses are out of reach of a family earning Rs20,000 a month,” Shehbaz instructed the lawmakers. “This government has become a heavy burden on the country today. We hear from the government about the State of Madina day and night but there is no comparison between the governance and the State of Madina,” he added.

“There was no injustice or dearness in the State of Madinah, no one was sleeping hungry, there was no unemployment, there was no injustice with the widows. This government, in the name of State of Madinah, increased electricity tariff. How the poor masses would pay for electricity bill and medicines?”

The opposition chief mentioned that the federal government tried tooth and nail to fulfill the situations imposed by the IMF for its loans, but the worldwide lender was nonetheless not happy. “Only God knows what this disaster would culminate in. The economy has been ruined,” he added.
