According to a report by news agency ANI, Ludhiana lawyer Rajesh Khanna has filed a case against a man named Mohit Shukla, alleging that he was lured to invest in a fake rizika coin. Sonu Sood was called to court for testimony. However, when he did not appear in court, Judicial Magistrate Ramanpreet Kaur has issued an arrest warrant against the actor.
The order issued by the court wrote, “Sonu Sood has been duly sent to summons or warrant, but he has not appeared in the court (he has escaped to avoid the summons or warrants and stay out of the way). You are ordered that the said Sonu Sood be arrested and brought before the court … “
Significantly, so far neither the actor nor his team has issued any statement regarding the case or arrest warrant.
