A bomb blast at the Peace Committee office office in Wana Bazaar in South Waziristan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, killing seven people and injuring 29.
According to the report, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police said unidentified terrorists bombed the peace committee’s office in Bazaar in Wana area of South Waziristan.
The bomb blast in South Waziristan Wana has killed seven people, according to a statement issued by Wana, District Headquarters Hospital, Wana.
The minor injured were discharged from the hospital with medical help while the seriously injured were shifted to Dera Ismail Khan.
Police said that after the blast, several people were buried under the rubble, the Recsey administration removed the debris and shifted them to the hospital.
Advisor Health KP Ahsam Ali condemned the blast and said that the bodies of seven persons have been brought to Wana Hospital so far, 15 injured were also brought to the hospital, treatment of the injured in the hospital is underway on an emergency basis.
He said that an emergency has been declared in the hospital, staff holidays have been suspended, all the injured are being provided first aid.

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi strongly condemned the blast near the Peace Committee office in Wana and expressed deep sorrow and regret over the precious human lives in the blast.
He expressed his heartfelt condolences to the relatives of the victims and prayed for the immediate recovery of the injured.
Mohsin Naqvi said that the elements playing with the lives of innocent people do not deserve any concession, cowardly actions cannot weaken the nation’s strong commitment.
