In the first semi -final of the Champions Trophy, Australian captain Steve Smith survived.
The ICC has also released a video on its Instagram account, in which Smith clearly escaped from being out.
The Australian captain was currently on the wicket with 23 runs while both the team’s openers returned to the pavilion. Steve Smith did not score any runs throughout the over of Indian spinner Akshar Patel, while his last ball survived.
Often Smith took a defensive approach to Patel’s ball, but the ball hit the wickets with bats and pads, but fortunately the bulls did not fall on which Smith was not out.

Batting first in the semi -finals, Smith played 73 runs for 96 balls, including 4 fours and six.
In the semifinals against India, the Kangaroos could not take advantage of many occasions, while Kuldeep Yadav also faced the scolding of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma for losing the opportunity to run out.
