The Supreme Court granted bail to Raza Ali, the accused in the Jinnah House attack case on May 9, 2023.
According to the report, the Supreme Court granted the bail of accused Raza Ali for Rs 2 lakh.
During the hearing, Justice Hashim Kakar inquired what the accused was accused of. Lawyer Sameer Khosa replied that the accused was accused of injuring a sub -inspector, two people were accused of injuring the same policeman, the bail of co -accused Zainul Abedin has been granted.
Justice Hashim Kakar raised the question, how can two people injured the same policeman? How did the prosecutor make a single charge on 2 people? The list of the injured is not included in the name of the policeman.
Prosecutor Zulfiqar Naqvi took the stand that the accused had a lot of allegations, the Supreme Court has ordered the completion of the trial within 4 months.
Lawyer Sameer Khosa argued that only a person was charged in a month after a 4 -month order,
The trial is not happening on a daily basis, the court has given a week’s date.
Justice Hashim Kakar remarked that the prosecutor is doing so hard if the junior lawyer is doing the case.
