What is the reason for Israel’s concern??
The Syrian army is fighting Islamic rebels and is not getting Russia’s help for its defense. Due to which Syria has had to get ready to take help from Iran. After this, Iran has deployed Shia militia along with commanders, Revolutionary Guards and Hezbollah fighters in Syria to help Bashar al-Assad.
At the same time, the long-term presence of Iranian fighters in Syria is further increasing Israel’s security concerns.
