Fakhar Zaman scored 44 runs for Pakistan. Saeem Ayub was out on individual scores of 22, Sahibzada Farhan 16, Captain Salman Agha 1 and Babar Azam 0.
Usman Khan and Mohammad Nawaz scored 37 and 21 runs not out respectively and played an important role in leading the team to victory.
For Zimbabwe, Brad Evans took 2 wickets while Richard Ngarwa, Tenotenda Mahusa and Graeme Kramer took 1 wicket each.
Earlier, batting first on Pakistan’s invitation, Zimbabwe scored 147 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the allotted overs.
Brian Bennett scored 49 runs for Zimbabwe. Tadionashe Marumani 30, Brandon Taylor 14, Ryan Burrell 8, Tony Munyonga 3, Tashanga Muzikiwa 2, Brad Evans 2 and Tenotendamaposa 1 were all out for individual scores.
Skipper Sikandar Raza and Richard Nigarwa returned to the pavilion not out on 34 and 1 respectively.
On behalf of Pakistan, Mohammad Nawaz dismissed two players. While Abrar Ahmed, Salman Mirza, Saeem Ayub and Shaheen Shah Afridi took 1 wicket each.
