The 41-point agenda of the National Assembly session has been released, after which 9 bills will be presented in the National Assembly by the members on Private Members’ Day and two of them will be approved.
According to Express News, the meeting of the National Assembly will be held tomorrow at five o’clock in the evening, for which the secretariat has released a 41-point agenda.
According to the agenda, 9 bills will be presented in the National Assembly in tomorrow’s session while two will be approved by the National Assembly.
Among the bills that will be presented, the Code of Criminal Procedure Amendment Bill 2024, Drug Testing in Educational Institutions Bill 2024 will be presented in the National Assembly.
Criminal Laws Amendment Bill 2024, PEMRA Amendment Bill 2024 are also included in the agenda while Environmental Accountability Bill 2024, Civil Servant Employees Rights Protection Bill 2024 are also included in the agenda.
On the other hand, WAPDA University Islamabad Bill 2024 will be presented in the National Assembly for approval.
The Naipun Institute of Advanced Sciences Bill 2024 will also be approved by the National Assembly.
According to the current agenda, the National Assembly rules on making one-fourth of the number of women members mandatory in the standing committees of the National Assembly. The motion related to the amendment of the regulations has also been included in the agenda.
