Rawalpindi’s Dhamal police arrested the accused who killed his 13 -year -old younger brother.
According to the report, spokesman Rawalpindi police said that the accused Owais fired at the non -giving mobile and killed younger brother Waqas.
Dhamyal police have registered a case on the incident and arrested the accused. The accused will be charged with concrete evidence.
SP President Mohammad Nabil Khokhar said the accused involved in serious cases like murder could not escape the grip of the law.
