The Chief Justice constituted committees for appointments in the Judicial Commission, Supreme Judicial and Law and Justice Commission.
The Supreme Court has issued a declaration in this regard, in which it is stated that the committee for the appointment of the secretary of the Law and Justice Commission will be headed by the Chief Justice, Justice Ayesha Malik and Justice Shahid Waheed will be included in the committee. The committee will nominate the provincial chief secretary. Candidates will be interviewed.
According to the declaration, a five-member committee has been established for the appointment of the secretary of the judicial commission, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Muneeb Akhtar and Justice Aminuddin Khan will be included in the committee, Justice Jamal Mandukhel and Attorney General will also be part of the committee. .
A 3-member committee has also been established for the appointment of the Secretary of the Supreme Judicial Council, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Muneeb Akhtar and Attorney General are included in the committee.
The names of serving and retired Additional Sessions Judges will be considered for the appointment of Secretaries of the Judicial Council and Judicial Commission.
