Israel continues its barbaric bombardment despite knowing that the Christian community in the West Bank and Gaza are celebrating Christmas today.
According to Arab media, the city of Bethlehem in the West Bank is also called the birthplace of Jesus, and a large number of Christians gather there today on the occasion of Christmas.
Israel, knowing the importance of this day and place, continued the bombings, which forced the suspension of the holy celebrations of Christ.
Even in the ceremonies that were barely completed in a few places, prayers were offered for the end of the ongoing bombing in Gaza and the West Bank and for the establishment of peace.
During the last 24 hours, the number of Palestinians who were martyred in Israel’s barbaric bombardment in Gaza and the West Bank exceeded 30.
It should be noted that the number of Palestinians martyred in the ongoing Israeli bombardment on Gaza for the past one year has increased to more than 43 thousand 300 while more than 100,000 are injured.
