Peshawar:
The Special Anti-Terrorism Court of Peshawar indicted PTI leader Kamran Bangash in the case of firing on the police.
The trial of PTI’s former provincial minister Kamran Bangash, nominated in the firing case on the police party, was conducted by ATC judge Asadullah.
The prosecution said that Chamkani police had raided Kamran Bangash’s room to arrest PTI’s undercover leader Murad Saeed. were done
The prosecution argued that the incident took place on December 20, 2023, the police have registered a case of terrorism against Kamran Bangash and others, the police have completed the investigation and submitted the challan to the court.
During the hearing, the court indicted PTI leader Kamran Bangash in the case of firing on the police, the accused denied the crime.
The court adjourned the further hearing of the case till January 20 while summoning prosecution witnesses at the next hearing.
The court started a regular trial against the accused after the indictment.
