Karachi:
A local court in Karachi has sentenced a brutal beast to 25 years in prison for sexually assaulting his daughter several times.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Central has ruled that Sigi’s daughter has been sexually assaulted and pregnant. The court has sentenced the accused Shahid to 25 years in prison and seven years in prison.
The court also imposed a fine of Rs 2 lakh on the accused. The court ruled that the victim declared the father the accused in his statement in the court, while the crime against the accused proved to be DNA.
Prosecutor Hina Naz had argued that in 2020, the accused sexually assaulted her daughter in her house. The daughter told her mother all the incident but no action took place.
The accused raped the daughter with a marginalized daughter, a few months after her daughter gave birth to a child. The girl told her mother that the baby belonged to her father, so she killed her husband.
The girl told a man named Waris in a friendship on Facebook. The heir agreed to marry the girl after hearing everything. After the marriage, the husband filed a case against his father with the heir.
According to police, a case was registered against the accused in New Karachi.
