A spokesperson for the Foreign Office has said that the UK is deeply concerned about racist and Islamophobic political and media statements.
In response to media queries regarding the recent racist statements against the Pakistani community in the UK, the spokesperson of the Foreign Office said that the friendship between Pakistan and the UK is based on sincerity, strong cooperation and trust. It is an important foreign policy priority.
