The principles of pension calculation have been changed by the federal government and several conditions have been imposed.
The federal government has issued a new notification on pension boundaries and states that the pension will now be calculated on an average salary of the last 24 months and employees will not be allowed to take more than one pension.
According to the notification, a new principle will not apply to the volunteer retirers, the additional incorporation will not be included in the average pension in the last year of the job.
For existing pensioners, a new method of increasing pensions has been set, family pension will now be calculated on a net pension basis.
According to the government’s new specifications regarding pension, the days worked during the month of retirement will be considered a full month.
Similarly, the additional increment of pensions received in the last year of the job will not be included in the calculation and family pension will be calculated on a net pension basis.
