Lahore:
The Lahore High Court declared Lahore’s Master Plan 2050 null and void.
Justice Shahid Karim, while hearing the petition of citizen Abdul Rahman, remarked that there is no point in keeping this petition pending.
The court said that if there is any objection to the new master plan, you can file the application again. The court disposed of the application against the master plan.
It was argued in the petition that the government of Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi had made a stand contrary to the facts of the master plan
