Islamabad High Court judge Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani has remarked during the hearing of a case that the Deputy Commissioner (DC) who was punished by this court is given a medal by the President.
Islamabad High Court heard a case against private persons doing official work in Patwar Circles of Islamabad.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani expressed his indignation at not releasing the correct advertisement of the vacancies as per the court order and remarked that if everything has to be done only after contempt of court, the DC who was punished by this court is given a medal by the President.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said that when I notice the contempt of court, I will not do like Justice Babar Sattar to give time, I will handcuff and send him to jail at the same time. Middle Weddle will remain here.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said that everything is happening for you people, there is a judgment on everything, you have taken an oath not to believe that you do not do malice, there is no punishment for mistakes, these are local posts, how will they bring them from all the provinces, there are different decisions of this court, the quota is the same in the whole of Pakistan.
Justice Mohsin Akhtarkiani said that dishonest people cannot run this system, this is also dishonest, that is why the government does not conduct local body elections, every dishonest and wrong tool has been put to use, thank you, you have not been shot, only threatened, until the land of Shamilat is distributed, the housing society will not work, if the work is stopped, those who have plots will cry and curse you and me.
The court ordered the Islamabad administration to issue the correct advertisement for releasing the vacancies of patwaris, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said that they should not hire those from Islamabad in Punjab or Sindh, they do not hire the patwari of Chakwal in Rawalpindi and the patwari of Rawalpindi in Jhelum, I don’t know what happens to you in Islamabad.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani said that the advertisement should be corrected and issued again at the next hearing, the hearing of the case was adjourned till next month.
