According to Chinese state media, a team of Chinese researchers has developed a magnificent flash memory device capable of securing data at an extraordinary pace.
At a speed of 400 packets per bit, the device has set a new standard for semiconductor storage performance.
This memory technology, called Dodd POX, also surpasses the fastest computer memory types, such as Static Static Random Axis Memory and Dynamic Random Axis Memory, which usually requires 1 to 10 nano -seconds to store a bit data.
