Guess Who: Born in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, this actor started a real estate business in the beginning before going to Mumbai for film making. Then he founded Recyclewala Films to make content-based films. His first production, Ship of Theceus (2012) appreciated the Critics & Nbsp; and it won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film. It took him 6 years to make a film, which proved to be a flop at the time of release but became a hit when it was released again. This actor-producer is none other than Soham Shah.

Soham Shah’s childhood was spent in poverty Soham was the youngest of five children coming from an ordinary family in Sri Ganganagar. Soham’s childhood was spent in poverty. His father used to get a salary of Rs 3,000, he and his brother joined their father’s commodity business & nbsp; and set the business gradually, before stepping into real estate with his family, Soham spent his 20-year-old mustard cake powder in Punjab. Soham’s perseverance and passion finally inspired him to carry forward his dreams in the film industry.

With his one decade long journey in the film industry, Soham once surprised how much he has come. They said, "Thinking about my journey as an actor in the last ten years is unrealistic, I was just a fan of actors and their work. I remember that when Manoj Bajpayee Sir was shooting in my hometown, I traveled 30-40 km to get a glimpse of him. Soham met Tumbar
Soham Shah had to struggle long for success. However, in his journey, he got full support of his wife and friend Adesh Prasad, with whom he had co-produced the film ‘Tumbad’, which was appreciated by the Critics. Soham Shah’s passionate project, Tumbad, was a period horror drama that ruined six years of his life. The actor-producer made every effort to create this unique story, even sold his property and flat to complete the film. Released in 2018, Tumbad proved to be a hit but it was released on 575 screens, due to which it did not get more viewers. At the same time, after 6 years, this film was released again in 2024 and it earned a lot. On release of Ri, the film did a business of 31.35 crores.

Soham Shah has acted in many brilliant films Apart from Tumbad, Soham has worked in many films. He played the role of a policeman in Meghna Gulzar’s film Talwar based on the 2008 Noida double murder. In 2017, he acted with Kangana Ranaut in Hansal Mehta’s film Simran. Apart from his film work, Soham Shah has also made his mark on digital platforms while performing memorable performance in popular OTT shows like Maharani and Dahad.
