Three Israeli Mossad officers commit suicide in a single 12 months


Three officers in Israel’s intelligence service Mossad have dedicated suicide in a single 12 months, in keeping with Israeli media.

Israeli Channel 12 reported that Mossad officer Ayalon Shapira was the primary officer to commit suicide on March 26, 2020.

His father cited psychological issues for his son’s suicide, saying the Mossad officer used to go to a psychiatrist.

The second suicide case was registered three months after Ayalon’s demise. Another Mossad agent killed himself in his office 9 months later, however the channel didn’t present additional particulars.

In a press release, Mossad mentioned it’s studying from these suicide circumstances and is working to enhance mechanisms and instruments at its disposal to forestall prevalence of those suicides sooner or later.
