Police arrested renowned social media personality and Takar Kashif Zamir.
According to the report, Kashif Zamir is being detained outside Lahore and shifted to Lahore. Police officials say a case has been registered against them in the police station, Qala Gujar Singh, which includes provisions of the Pakistan Electronic Crimes Act (PACA).
According to DIG operations, police have taken action after a viral video surfaced, in which Kashif Zamir was seen with a police officer.
Police have confirmed that the officer appearing in the video has also been detained. SP Faisal Kamran said the arrest was implemented from outside Lahore and the matter is under investigation.
