Two people were killed and three injured in firing during a jirga in Lakki district.
According to Express News, two people were killed and three others were injured in firing during a Jirga between two parties belonging to North Waziristan at Gundi Chowk in Tehsil Sarai Norang of Lakki District.
The police said that among the dead are sub-inspector Rizwanullah Wazir Tehsil Dosli and Khattabullah.
Iqbal, Irfanullah and Muhammad Anwar are among those injured in the firing.
Iqbal Wazir has been shifted to Bannu after first aid in Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Norang and according to sources, the injured Iqbal Wazir is the brother of deceased Khattabullah.
