US: Democratic legislators to probe Trump’s firing of watchdog

Democrats in Congress on Saturday launched an investigation into President Donald Trump’s firing of the State Department’s inner watchdog, accusing the president of additional escalating his struggle in opposition to any oversight of his administration.
