Meet 3-4 times and get married
Shahid Kapoor once also revealed that he did not date Meera before marriage. They had met him 3-4 times, after which he decided to get married. Despite the 14-year age gap and coming from different backgrounds, Shahid and Meera got their hearts and the couple got married in 2015. Shahid and Meera are the parents of two children. A year after marriage, Meera gave birth to her daughter Meesha in 2016. In 2018, the couple welcomed their son Jain.
