Tikkar Rajab Butt, along with colleagues, tortured young people and the affected citizen filed a petition against Tikkar in the police station.
The wire video on social media shows that Takar Rajab Butt tortured a young man sitting in a white car and two more people were seen torturing him.
Later, the affected citizen, Imran, filed a petition against Rajab Butt in the police station and took the stand that a motorcyclist was doing zig zag in front of our vehicle, which was forbidden by the motorcyclist.
Imran, the affected citizen, said that Rajab Butt, along with his colleagues, stopped the path and stopped without talking and began to torture.
The citizen said that social media has applied for the video going viral.
Later, Tikkar Rajab Butt apologized to the affected citizen for the viral video on social media and police said the petition against him had been withdrawn.
Lahore police said that Takar Rajab Butt apologized to the parties and declared the matter a misunderstanding.
Police said that the affected citizen Imran has forgiven Rajab Butt and the affected citizen Imran has withdrawn his request.
