Islamabad:
PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat has said that instead of asking for a week for consultation, it would have been better to have given a written agreement, maybe PTI was not ready till January 2, the one week that has been wasted. We may have to pay a heavy price.
PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat while speaking in the Express News program “Centrestage” said that it would have been better to give a written agreement instead of asking for a week for consultation.
He said that perhaps PTI was not ready for two dates, while replying to a question regarding PTI’s request for a week for consultation, he said that the one week that has been lost may cost us a lot. The price had to be paid. If there was any ambiguity, the permission should have been taken from the founding PTI before two dates.
He said that there should be no harm in giving the demands in writing, even those who have a strong stand on our side have appreciated the negotiation process. He said that what more flexibility can we have than that we formed a negotiation team and sat down for negotiations.
He said that the statements that are coming show that the negotiation environment has improved, it seems that the parties are mentally ready to come to the negotiation table to solve the problems, and understand that the solution of the problems It will be on the negotiation table, the issues that were to be resolved on the streets will now be put on the negotiation table.
Shirafazl Marwat said that the establishment of the Judicial Commission reiterates our principled stand.
