Saif Ali Khan Attack: The police has arrested the accused who entered the house of Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan and attacked him. The name of the accused is Mohammad Shariful Islam Shahzad. According to the police, this accused is a Bangladeshi.
While hearing this case today, the court has sent the attacker to police custody. Now another big update related to the case has come out. The attacking accused has revealed many secrets during interrogation.
What has the accused told?
According to the police, the attacker told during interrogation that he was 12th pass and had come to Mumbai in search of a better job. Sources also claimed that the accused was currently unemployed and had to return to Bangladesh for which he needed Rs 50,000, hence he decided to commit the theft.
Why was Saif Ali Khan’s house the target?
Sources further said that he targeted Saif Ali Khan’s building because he noticed that there was no security at all the gates and it seemed easy to get inside.
An officer said that after committing this crime, the accused was planning to escape to Kolkata through Gitanjali Express and then from there to Bangladesh. He was caught in Thane before he could execute his plan.

The FIR lodged by Saif Ali Khan’s staff nurse Eliama with the police. According to him, he saw the attacker coming out of the bathroom. The attacker threatened the nurse to remain silent and also demanded Rs 1 crore. According to the FIR copy, during this time the attacker had also moved towards Kareena-Saif’s younger son Jeh, in the scuffle to save whom Eliama got injured.
When Saif Ali Khan reached there after hearing the scream, he confronted the attacker and he attacked him with a knife 6 times, in which Saif was badly injured. After this the attacker ran away from there. Saif was admitted to Lilavati Hospital where his health is now recovering. However, the police caught him within 72 hours of this incident.
