Why was the Indian actor who bathed in milk removed from ‘Gangs of Vasaipur’?

Popular Bollywood actor and politician Ravi Kishan revealed in a recent interview why he missed out on being a part of Anurag Kashyap’s hit film Gangs of Vasaipur.

Talking to Shibhankar Mishra on YouTube, Ravi Kishan revealed that he was selected for a role in the film, but was dropped due to rumors of his extravagant lifestyle and “unusual demands”.

In an interview, Ravi Kishan mentioned his past habit, saying, “I used to bathe with milk, and I enjoyed it. Someone brought it up to Anurag Kashyap. I’m a bit eccentric, that’s why I I am an artist. If I were a normal person, I would be working with tiffin in the office.”

Ravi Kishan said that some of the rumors about him were true, while others were false. He added, “Anu Raag said he didn’t have the budget for my demands, so I was removed from the film.” “Everybody involved in the film became famous after that,” he lamented.

Although Ravi Kishan could not be a part of Gangs of Vasaipur, he later acted in the film Makkabaaz opposite Anurag Kashyap. However, their relationship became strained after Ravi Kishan’s tough stance against drugs in Parliament.

In an interview, Anurag Kashyap claimed that Ravi Kishan used cannabis in the past. “He has been using cannabis for a long time, everyone knows. Maybe he has stopped now after becoming a minister,” he said.
