Punjab Wildlife has decided to re -approach the court for failing to implement a court order against the well -known Tikkar Rajab Butt, alleging that he illegally kept the lion’s child in his custody.
According to the report, last month, the court ordered Rajab Butt to make a wildlife awareness video in the first week of every month and share it on his social media accounts. It was to be uploaded to highlight the importance of protecting wildlife in the public.
According to a court decision, Rajab Butt had to make his first awareness video in the first week of February. However, despite the passage of the week, no video was shared by them nor used the content provided by Wildlife.
Speaking on the matter, Deputy Director of Punjab Wildlife Lahore Region, Mian Asim Kamran, said that Rajab Butt had made a clear violation of the court order. “We will inform the court about this and request action against Rajab Butt.
Rajab Butt had illegally kept the lion’s child in the wedding, which Punjab Wildlife took action.
The court gave them three options as punishment, the responsibility of making videos for imprisonment, heavy fines or wildlife awareness. We will raise awareness about the protection of wildlife.
After that, Rajab Butt met Director General Wildlife Mudassar Riaz and acknowledged his responsibilities. Punjab Wildlife also provided them with the necessary materials for making awareness videos so that they could better complete the campaign.
Wildlife officials have taken strict notice of Rajab Butt’s first video not to be uploaded, Mian Asim Kamran added, “We will approach the court and request further action against Rajab Butt so that the court order Legal action can be taken on violations. “
This issue indicates the extent to which the judicial orders can be serious consequences. Wildlife officials want to make the matter an example so that no person can be allowed to break the laws of wildlife.
