Zionist government closed Palestinian children’s schools in East Jerusalem

The occupied Israeli army closed three schools under the UN Agency for Palestinian Refugees at a refugee camp in East Jerusalem.

According to the World News Agency, the closure of these schools was hurried. Hundreds of Palestinian students were sent back home from school.

Israeli security forces later searched the school. At the time of the raid, there were dozens of students aged 6 to 15 years in classes.

A member of the school staff was detained in a raid in the Israeli military raid.

The United Nations Commissioner General of the United Nations (UNRWA), Philip Lazrani, called the Israeli military’s move an open violation of international law.

He also called the process a clear violation of international law and demanded that the three UNRA schools open.

He added that these schools should not be closed so that the future of an entire generation can be protected.

The order affixed to the school wall banned the deployment of all educational activities and staff.

Remember that Israel had banned the activities of UNRWA earlier this year, accusing them of connecting Hamas.
