As per FCM Consulting’s latest Global Trends Report, in terms of accommodations, global occupancy for the 2023 first half reached 63.3 per cent, recovering from 2019 levels. In Asia, India led with Mumbai achieving 101 per cent, New Delhi at 97 per cent, followed by China’s Shanghai and Beijing. The report further stated that Asia maintained robust room demand.
