“We’re simply enjoying it fastidiously and ramping slowly over time,” says Mr Matthews. “It is a deliberate constraint on our behalf, so we proceed offering good service to individuals, and never crushed custard lotions in each order, or worse, placing stuff on the monitor that goes beneath the wheels of one of many bots and creates an incident.”
