Heavy rain in India’s capital Delhi has prompted elements of town to flood, leaving residents stranded and automobiles at a standstill.Folks have needed to plough on via the floods – or sit within the water in visitors jams.An area resident, Sarita Gupta, stated: “I do not know what the federal government is doing about this.
